WHERE ARE YOUR LOCATED IN FORT COLLINS?

Our location is easy for you to rent self-storage without dropping all your plans just to visit your items. Located on East Mulberry between Timberline Road and I-25 on the southwest corner of Dawn Avenue and Mulberry. The entrance to our business is on Dawn Ave., just look for our mailbox and flags. 
 

 
WHAT KIND OF STORAGE SPACES DO YOU PROVIDE?

We’re proud to offer the widest variety of storage unit options in Fort Collins, renting from three cubic feet to over 300 square feet. Whether you’re looking for climate control, drive-up access, locker, commercial, or effeciency storage options, we are sure to have the exact storage unit you need for the right cost. 

 

WHY DO I NEED A DISK LOCK?

Disk Locks are the most secure commercial locks on the market because of their size and shape. They are very difficult to cut with bolt cutters and have anti-pick pins to prevent lock picking. We ask everyone use keyed disk locks because of their durability and security - they help keep your items safe and help improve the facilities overall security. 

 

WHEN CAN I ACCESS MY STORAGE UNIT?

We know how important it is to be able to access your belongings, which is why we offer convenient gate access that is sure to work with your lifestyle. After-hours access can be arranged for all units when needed; we handle requests on a case by case basis.

  • Exterior units available via gate access from 6 am to 10:30 pm -  
  • Interior units are accessible from 6 am to 9:30 pm 
  • Lockers are available during posted Office hours - we c work with you to ensure you have the access you need. 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SECURITY FEATURES?

While we know that convenience and affordability are two of the most important factors to consider as you search for a storage facility, we also know that these factors are irrelevant if the properties aren’t secure. We’ve implemented many useful security features, including perimeter fencing, HD surveillance cameras, unique ID keypad entry on gates and doors, and individually secured units.

 

HOW EASY IS IT TO MOVE IN?

It’s incredibly easy! Once you speak with our team to reserve your space and sign your lease, you’ll be able to move in; you can complete the process online or in person with our Staff. We also offer free use of handcarts and dollies and offer affordable boxes and packing supplies. What’s more, you can sign up for our online bill pay program, so that you don’t have to drive out to the facility just to settle your account.

ALREADY A TENANT AND NEED TO MOVE OUT?

We are sorry to see you go, but we are here to make this an easy process for you. As per the Rental Agreement, Tenants must notify the Facility at a minimum 10 days prior to the next billing cycle (10 days before the 1st of the next month) and we ask you to give us back the unit like how we have it to you; we have a variety of cleaning supplies available in the office to clean up your unit. Please be aware you must remove your lock and all of your belongings at move out; you can not dump or trash items at our facility.
