WHAT ARE YOUR SECURITY FEATURES?
While we know that convenience and affordability are two of the most important factors to consider as you search for a storage facility, we also know that these factors are irrelevant if the properties aren’t secure. We’ve implemented many useful security features, including perimeter fencing, HD surveillance cameras, unique ID keypad entry on gates and doors, and individually secured units.
WHEN CAN I ACCESS MY STORAGE UNIT?
We know how important it is to be able to access your belongings, which is why we offer convenient gate access that is sure to work with your lifestyle. We can work with you to accommodate after-hours availability when needed. All access hours are 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Exterior units are available via gate access from 6 am to 10:30 pm. Interior units are accessible from 6 am to 9:30 pm. Lockers are available during posted Office hours, but again we will work with you to ensure you have the access you need.
HOW EASY IS IT TO MOVE IN?
It’s incredibly easy! You can make reservations online or in person to hold a unit (no reservation fee required). Staff will help expedite the paperwork at move-in; you will need a valid Government ID, payment (cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover), and to sign the Rental Agreement, then you are on your way to moving. We also offer free use of handcarts and dollies and offer affordable boxes and packing supplies. What’s more, you can sign up for our online bill pay program, so that you don’t have to drive out to the facility just to settle your account.
WHY DO I NEED A DISK LOCK?
Disk Locks are the most secure commercial locks on the market because of their size and shape. Almost impossible to cut with bolt cutters and typically they anti-pick pins to prevent lock picking. We ask everyone use keyed disk locks because of their durability and security - they help keep your items safe and help improve the facilities overall security. We sell disk locks in our office at very reasonable prices.
ALREADY A TENANT AND NEED TO MOVE OUT?
We are sorry to see you go, but we are here to make this an easy process for you. As per the Rental Agreement, tenants must notify the facility at a minimum 10 days prior to the next billing cycle (10 days before the 1st of the next month). You can let us know about your move out by filling out this handy google form, talking with the staff directly, or by email. We ask you to give us back the unit like how we have it to you; we have a variety of cleaning supplies in the office you may use. Please be aware that the last day of your occupancy, you must be out of your unit by 5:30 pm.
